Dijon FCO
Dijon Football Côte d'Or (French pronunciation: [diʒɔ̃ koʊt daˈor]; commonly referred to as Dijon FCO or simply Dijon) is a French association football club based in Dijon. The club was founded in 1998 as a result of a merger between two local clubs in the city and currently competes in Ligue 1 after gaining promotion for the first time ever in the 2010-11 season. The club president is Bernard Gnecchi and the first-team is coached by Patrice Carteron, a former football player. Dijon play its home matches at the Stade Gaston Gérard.
